Qualification and billing policy
1. What counts as a qualified call
A call is qualified when all of the following are true:
- The caller is a homeowner or decision-maker.
- The caller asks about the home-improvement service we advertised for your trade.
- The caller is inside your county.
- The call lasts at least 60 seconds.
- You answer the call.
2. What does not qualify
- Wrong numbers, and callers who ask for something unrelated to the service.
- Callers outside your county.
- Calls shorter than 60 seconds.
- Calls you do not answer. These are not billed.
- Calls from vendors, solicitors, existing customers and other non-homeowners.
Repeat callers are reviewed case by case.
3. How billing works
You fund a starting balance that is confirmed with you before you proceed. Each qualified call is deducted from your balance at the per-call rate shown to you for your trade, location and job type. You see the rate before you proceed. There is no setup fee and no contract.
4. Credits
If a call does not meet the criteria in section 1, it is credited back to your balance. Credits are reviewed and applied case by case.
5. Disputes
If you think a call was charged in error, email support@rmpleadsai.com with the date and time of the call. We review the recording and decide case by case. If the call does not meet the criteria, we credit it.
6. Recordings and records
Calls are recorded, and both sides can access the recording, call log and timestamp. You are told at the start of a call when it is being recorded.
7. Refunds
Refund terms are provided to you in writing before any payment is taken.
8. No guarantee of jobs
We deliver calls. We do not guarantee that any call becomes a job or revenue for you.
